Have you met our new Music Director, Caroline Vose? If not, please take the opportunity to introduce yourself to her
sometime soon. The search team was very impressed with her credentials as well as her friendly disposition.
She received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Duke University. Her Master’s degree work in Church Music
Education was done at Scarritt Graduate School.
Caroline has worked in the field of church music for about 35 years. She has worked in numerous churches serving the Lord. Her experience includes directing or accompanying choirs of various age groups. She previously organized bell choirs at several churches. She says, “God gave me the gifts for this type of service, and I am grateful to Him for finding me a new place to serve Him.”
Caroline and her husband of almost 39 years, Marv, have two children. Genevieve is an attorney in Seattle. Chuck is a computer programmer living in Portland, Oregon with his wife, Erica. Marv is District Superintendent of the United Methodist Church.
Besides taking on the job of
Music Director for Central
Christian Church, Caroline
works part-time at the Pueblo
West library. Her hobbies
include reading, making quilts,
cross-stitching, and eating
chocolate! (It sounds like she’ll
fit right in with all the other
chocolate lovers in the church.)
Truly God directed her to
Central Christian Church at
just the right moment.
Welcome to the church family,
Caroline! Thanks for wanting
to serve the Lord with all of us.
